Kokomo, Ind. – Indiana University Kokomo men's basketball team finished their historic first season in the NAIA with two wins against Indiana Dabney University and University of Cincinnati-Clermont to close out the 2012-2013 season with a 9-21 record. The move into the NAIA this season brought with it a tougher schedule consisting of numerous top ranked opponents and NCAA DII teams.

Kokomo, Ind.- Indiana University Kokomo men's basketball team squared off against the visiting Indiana Dabney University Lions at home Friday.  The Cougars led by six at halftime but a late surge by the Lions in the final minutes of the second half had IU Kokomo trailing, but rallied to come from behind in the closing seconds to down Indiana Dabney by a final score of 78-74. 

Kokomo, Ind.- Indiana University Kokomo men's basketball team returned home Tuesday evening in a rematch against the Lindenwood University-Belleville Lynx. The Lynx won the first match up 86-57, in early January in Belleville, Illinois. The Cougars could not defend their home court as Lindenwood-University Belleville outrebounded IU Kokomo and won 98-86.   

Owensboro, KY- Indiana University Kokomo men's basketball team traveled to Kentucky for a rematch against the Brescia University Bearcats. The Cougars had to dig themselves out of a large half time deficit using a late run in the second half, but came up short, falling 80-69 to Brescia.
